The iPhone produces very balanced images, better than most phones, including Samsung. Apple simply has better AI than most.

Anonymous, 10 hours agoIt depends what you’re trying to achieve. A higher iso allows you to use a lower aperture… moreVivo x50 pro has 1/2” sensor it is really small. But my personal experience with night mode on it uses iso more than 2000 but Samsung galaxy s20 FE has 1/1.73” sensor uses around 500 to 1000 iso when using night mode achieved same exposure. Using higher iso when camera sensor size is small actually reduced details level

A higher iso allows you to use a lower aperture and shutter speed giving you a sharper photo with a wider focus. A higher iso also means you’re using a more expensive sensor.

do you ever notice that all Chinese phones except Huawei uses high ISO with night mode on despite having a big camera sensor ? But Samsung, Apple use lower ISO with night mode on and capture same amount of light…does Chinese phones does not know ISO management ?
