ATLANTA – Gee-Kung Chang has been arraigned on federal fees of conspiracy to commit visa fraud, conspiracy to dedicate wire fraud, and wire fraud.  Chang and Jianjun Yu had been indicted on March 18, 2021.

“The defendants allegedly abused the visa software and deceived Ga Tech to provide scientists into the United States,” stated Acting U.S. Legal professional Kurt R. Erskine.  “The costs presented are the initially phase towards holding them accountable.”

Gee-Kung Chang, 73, of Smyrna, Georgia, was arraigned ahead of U.S. Magistrate Choose Christopher C.
